Our Essential Oil Powders are unique. 100% Pure & Natural oils, encapsulated using our proprietary technology and over a decade of encapsulation know-how. Each powder particle is a micro-capsule (circa 5 µg) holding a micro droplet of essential flavour oil. The oil will only release within the oral cavity, giving a powerful flavour delivery directly to the sensory point. Our Essential Oil Powders are extremely robust and will not rupture and can even be compressed to Tablet format. Therefore, ideal for food manufacturers utilising aggressive processes: extruding, mixing, blending etc…
The micro-capsule double walls protect the volatile oils from evaporation, reduces oxidation, extending shelf life to 2 years. The micro-capsules are Thermal stable to 230°C, so ideal for baking or other heat processing. The micro-capsules are also deep freeze / thaw stable, so great for ice cream / Sorbets.

Our Essential Oil Powders are manufactured to order. United Kingdom BRC certified AA rated facility. Generally, finished powders can be dispatched to customer within 2 – 4 weeks. Our standard packaging is 25kgs, packaged within food grade liner in Fibre-board sealed drum. Other packaging formats are available upon request. All Essential Oils are available. We can also accept freely issued oils from customer if preferred. MOQ 100kgs finished powder. (Lower quantities are possible subject to a small premium).
